Transparent paint effect and screen printing on glass for perfumery

At Serigrafía Portal, we are specialists in industrial painting and screen printing on glass for perfumery and cosmetics packaging. This project, carried out for Essenza, combines two key techniques: transparent effect painting and screen printing for brand and logo marking.

Transparent effect painting allows color to be applied while maintaining the natural depth and luminosity of the glass. This type of finish is highly valued in perfumery packaging, as it adds sophistication without hiding the shape or content of the bottle. The result is an elegant, lightweight, and visually attractive container.

Screen printing on glass has been applied over the painted surface, a technique that guarantees precision, resistance, and durability. The brand and logo are perfectly integrated into the packaging design, reinforcing the product's identity without interfering with the chromatic finish.

All our processes are carried out in our double painting station, custom-designed at our facility in Sentmenat (Barcelona) and operational since 2016. This infrastructure allows us to apply, with total control, techniques such as single-coat, double-coat, gradient, transparent effect, and frosted finishes, adapting to the needs of each project.

At Serigrafía Portal, we work exclusively with non-toxic water-based inks, free of solvents and heavy metals. This choice reduces environmental impact while simultaneously offering excellent quality, uniformity, and color stability.
